Lerner Signs Atrium Café to Two Premier Office Buildings in Tysons

TYSONS, Virginia (March 25, 2016) — Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, has announced that Atrium Café will join 7799 Leesburg Pike and the new office tower at 1775 Tysons Boulevard, both in Tysons, Virginia.  Atrium Café has signed a lease for 1,800 square feet at 7799 Leesburg Pike and 4,322 square feet at 1775 Tysons Boulevard. 

“We are thrilled that Atrium Café has opened at 7799 Leesburg Pike and will open its largest location this Fall at our newest building in The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II. Atrium Café offers high-quality, casual and convenient dining within Tysons II, joining The Palm, Jose Andres’s America Eats Tavern, Founding Farmers Tysons and the planned signature restaurant at 1775 Tysons Boulevard,” stated Mark D. Lerner, a principal of Lerner.

1775 Tysons Boulevard (1775Tysons.com), a 476,000 square foot 17-story trophy office tower, is currently under construction, delivering Spring 2016.
