Jimmy John’s Signs Lease in Nokes Plaza at Dulles Town Center

DULLES, Virginia (June 9, 2016) — Nokes Plaza, Lerner’s new 56,000 square foot mixed-use retail | medical | office development at Dulles Town Center in Dulles, Virginia, is pleased to announce that gourmet sandwich concept Jimmy John’s has signed a lease for a 1,806 square foot location.

Jimmy John’s will open in the fall of 2016 at Nokes Plaza, where Bassett Furniture recently opened and will soon be joined by fast-casual eatery Burger 21, Italian and Mediterranean restaurant Cafesano, and Magnolia’s Natural Nail Care.

Jimmy John’s was founded in 1983 by 19-year-old Jimmy John Liautaud in a converted garage in Charleston, Illinois. In 33 years, the company has grown to more than 2,450 corporate and franchised locations in 43 states throughout the U.S. The company is known for its “Freaky Fast” service and uses only the freshest ingredients, slicing its meats, cheese and veggies fresh every day.
