Lerner Enterprises and The Tower Companies Announces GSA Renews Lease at Two White Flint North

NORTH BETHESDA, Maryland (April 20, 2016) — Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, and The Tower Companies, a Washington, D.C. based real estate developer and recognized sustainability leader, are proud to announce that the General Services Administration, on behalf of the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, has renewed its lease for 347,922 square feet at Two White Flint North in North Bethesda, Maryland.

“We are very pleased to continue our relationship with the General Services Administration and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.  Two White Flint North has long been one of the premier commercial properties in Montgomery County, and we are thrilled that the GSA and NRC have recognized this in extending their lease.  We look forward to continuing to provide the NRC with a first-class home for many years to come,” stated Mark D. Lerner, a principal of Lerner.

Conveniently located just north of the Capital Beltway on Rockville Pike, adjacent to the White Flint Metro Station, Two White Flint North has served as the national headquarters for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission for over 20 years.  Both Two White Flint North and its sister property, One White Flint North, are occupied entirely by the General Services Administration, which bought the 18-story One White Flint North building after it was developed by Lerner and The Tower Companies.
