WeWork Signs Lease at 1775 Tysons Boulevard in Tysons II
TYSONS, Virginia (September 14, 2016) — Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, is pleased to announce that WeWork has signed a lease at 1775 Tysons Boulevard in Tysons, Virginia. WeWork will occupy 92,517 square feet in the newest landmark office building in The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II, Lerner’s renowned master-planned development located in the heart of Fairfax County in Northern Virginia.
