Lerner Announces Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and U.S. Bank Lease Renewals at 1650 Tysons Boulevard

TYSONS, Virginia (January 10, 2018) — Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, is pleased to announce that Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman has renewed its lease for 39,400 square feet and U.S. Bank has renewed and expanded its lease for 9,650 square feet at 1650 Tysons Boulevard. The building is located in the heart of Tysons II, Lerner’s renowned master-planned development located in Fairfax County in Northern Virginia.
