- Cushman & Wakefield today announced that Lerner Enterprises, the largest owner and developer of Class A office space in the Washington, D.C. area, has awarded the firm an exclusive agency assignment to market the vast majority of its local commercial office portfolio. Under the agreement, Cushman & Wakefield will represent Lerner in the leasing of existing and to-be-constructed office properties totaling millions of square feet spread throughout the Washington, D.C., Virginia and Maryland markets.

“Lerner is proud to announce its expanded relationship with Cushman & Wakefield to manage leasing efforts for our growing and dynamic office portfolio,” stated Mark D.
