Rockville, Maryland, April 8, 2010 – Lerner Enterprises, Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developer is proud to announce that the Fallsgrove Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites Rockville • Gaithersburg will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, April 23, 2010 at 8:30 a.m. in the dual-branded hotels. The hotels are solidly booked and reservations to date have exceeded the company’s expectations. The project is owned and developed by Lerner Enterprises of Rockville, Maryland and will be managed by Urgo Hotels of Bethesda, Maryland.
The Honorable Phyllis Marcuccio, Mayor of Rockville, council members, media representatives and other dignitaries have been invited to attend the ribbon cutting ceremony.
