Lerner Opens Leasing Center at The Falls At Flint Hill; Introduces New Luxury Rental Community to Oakton, Virginia

Oakton, Virginia. September 24, 2008 –  Lerner Enterprises of North Bethesda, Maryland, Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developer announced today that The Falls at Flint Hill, a 246-unit luxury apartment community in the Oakton, Virginia is now open for leasing.  The Falls at Flint Hill is located at Route 123 (Chain Bridge Road) and Interstate 66 and is close to the Vienna Metro station.

The lavishly appointed Leasing Center, located at 10520 Rosehaven Street in Oakton, has opened and includes a fully furnished two-bedroom model reflecting the designer finishes incorporated into each apartment.  The Leasing Center is located adjacent to the new luxury community.
