Baker Hostetler Expands Offices to 115,000 Square Feet at Washington Square
Washington, D.C., August 15, 2012 - Lerner Enterprises, Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developer, and The Tower Companies, the largest Green Builders in the nation’s capital, both of Rockville, Maryland, are pleased to announce that the law firm of Baker Hostetler has expanded their offices at Washington Square to 115,000 square feet occupying the entire 11th and 12th floors. This follows Baker Hostetler’s lease extension and expansion at the building in 2010.
