Overview

1800 Tysons Boulevard is a 12-story 320,000 square foot world-class office tower. Designed by the internationally acclaimed architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates PC of New York, the building was awarded the Honor Award for Design Excellence by Fairfax County. The building enjoys an ideal location that is just one block from the Tysons Metro Station and connected by a climate-controlled walkway to the rest of the renowned Tysons II master plan, which includes Tysons Galleria, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Lerner’s other trophy office towers. 1800 Tysons Boulevard also features Founding Farmers, Washington’s greenest restaurant and one of the region’s most popular dining destinations.
