Washington, D.C., December 6, 2010 - Lerner Enterprises (Lerner.com) of Rockville, Maryland, Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developer, announced that it has secured a lease with The Columbia Group (ColumbiaGroup.com), a technical services support company for the United States Military. The office building located in Southeast Washington, D.C. is now over 84% leased.
The Columbia Group will occupy 20,039 square-feet on the seventh floor of the building and is projected to occupy the space in March of 2011 and joins other offices in Alexandria, Quantico and Panama City Beach, Florida.
The Columbia Group was represented by Robert Shue, Stephen J. Co-tenants within the office building include the Bureau of Land Management and Booz|Allen|Hamilton who will both begin occupancy in January of 2011.
