Washington, D.C., December 8, 2010 - Lerner Enterprises ( of Rockville, Maryland, Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developer, announced that it has secured a lease with Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (, a national defense and homeland security contractor.  The office building located in Southeast Washington, D.C. is now over 97% leased.

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. will occupy 20,044 square-feet on the eighth floor of the building and is projected to occupy their space in March 2011 and joins other offices nationwide.

Co-tenants within the office building include the Bureau of Land Management and Booz|Allen|Hamilton that will both begin occupancy in January of 2011, and The Columbia Group who is projected to begin occupancy in March of 2011.
