Fairfax, Virginia,  July 16, 2009 – Three Flint Hill Limited Partnership, R.L.L.P. a decade's old Virginia partnership consisting of numerous partners, (including a minority ownership interest held by Lerner Enterprises of Rockville, Maryland), announced today that it has sold an office building in the Flint Hill Office Park known as Three Flint Hill, to Chalmers Property Company of Fairfax, Virginia for an undisclosed price.

Located at 3201 Jermantown Road, Three Flint Hill is an 8-story, 160,000 square-foot office building located at I-66 and Route 123 in Fairfax County, Virginia.  The building is part of Flint Hill Office Park which includes two additional office buildings owned by similar partnerships and a new luxury rental residential community The Falls at Flint Hill, owned exclusively by an affiliate of Lerner Enterprises.
