Annapolis, Maryland, April 30, 2010 — Lerner Enterprises of Rockville, Maryland, Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developer, is proud to announce that Cloud 9 Clothing and Diva Boutique will be opening at Annapolis Harbour Center ( in Annapolis, Maryland.  These stores join The Fresh Market gourmet grocer that opened in March.

Both stores will be located near The Fresh Market, Starbucks and Chico’s.  Cloud 9 Clothing has four other locations throughout Maryland and Diva Boutique has a store in Historic Downtown Annapolis.

Cloud 9 Clothing, established in July 1997 by Randy Shayotovich and Priya Rayadurg, will be opening its fifth location in Annapolis Harbour Center.  Cloud 9 Clothing offers an affordable selection of men’s and women’s fashion, accessories, handbags, jewelry and shoes.  Some of the brands within Cloud 9 Clothing include Free People, Miss Me, Tulle, B.B. Dakota, Angie, Kersh, Seven Diamonds among many others.

The Fresh Market, ( is a 25,000 square foot specialty grocery market  includes several culinary delights such as a bakery that produces 30 freshly baked breads and 12 different varieties of pies daily, a full service meat counter, a wide selection of ready-to-serve entrées, fresh seafood delivered to the store several times per week, more than 200 imported and domestic cheeses, as well as a bountiful produce department with more than 400 items with a large organic selection.
