Nordstrom Rack Opens at Annapolis Harbour Center

Annapolis, Maryland, May 19, 2011– Lerner Enterprises of Rockville, Maryland, Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developer, announced today that Nordstrom Rack (NYSE:JWN) opened in a brand new, 32,230 square foot store at Annapolis Harbour Center.  The Annapolis Harbour Center Nordstrom Rack is the eighth store serving the greater Baltimore-Washington area.

The Rack is the off-price retail division of Nordstrom, and carries merchandise from Nordstrom stores and Nordstrom.com at 50-60% off original Nordstrom prices. Nordstrom Rack also offers a wide selection of apparel, accessories and shoes from many of the brands carried in Nordstrom stores and purchased specially for Nordstrom Rack, with most at savings of 30-70% off.

Other recent new store additions at Annapolis Harbour Center include The Fresh Market, DIVA Boutique, Cloud 9 Clothing, the Verizon Experience store, and the recent expansion of the PA Dutch Farmer’s Market.
