Carpathia Hosting Leases Space in The Corporate Office Park At Dulles Town Center

Dulles, Virginia, September 8, 2010 – Lerner Enterprises of Rockville, Maryland, Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developer, announced today that Carpathia Hosting has signed a lease for 15, 415 square feet for offices and a data center at 21000 Atlantic Boulevard in Dulles, Virginia. The 185,000 square-foot Class ‘A’ office building is located within The Corporate Office Park at Dulles Town Center located at Routes 7 and 28 in Northern Virginia and minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport.

21000 Atlantic Boulevard is an award winning Class ‘A’ glass office tower located on Route 28 at Dulles Center and Atlantic Boulevards in Loudoun County, Virginia.  The building offers ample surface parking, an on-site fitness facility, an enclosed loading area and storage area, high-speed elevators, and a contemporary landscaping design.

Carpathia Hosting will join Harris Corporation and The Art Institute of Washington – Northern Virginia in the building, among other tenants within The Corporate Office Park including Inova Health System’s Healthcare Services, Barakat Orthodontics and Virginia Heritage Bank.
