Dulles, Virginia, August 12, 2010 - Lerner Enterprises of Rockville, Maryland, Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developer, announced today that Virginia Heritage Bank has signed a lease for 7,699 square feet for a bank branch and offices at 45745 Nokes Boulevard in Dulles, Virginia.  The 95,000 square-foot professional office building is located within The Corporate Office Park at Dulles Town Center located at Routes 7 and 28 in Northern Virginia and minutes from Washington Dulles International Airport.

Virginia Heritage Bank will join Inova Health System’s Healthcare Services and Barakat Orthodontics in the building, among other tenants within The Corporate Office Park including Harris Corporation and The Art Institute of Washington - Northern Virginia.
