The hotels are owned and developed by Lerner Enterprises of Rockville, Maryland and will be managed by Urgo Hotels of Bethesda, Maryland. Overseeing both the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites is General Manager, Marco Fuentes, and Director of Sales, Michael Anderson. The hotels are solidly booked and reservations to date have exceeded the company’s expectations.
