Urgo Hotels has hired Michael Anderson as the Director of Sales & Marketing for the Fallsgrove Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton Rockville • Gaithersburg. Mr. Anderson, a six year sales and marketing veteran, joins Urgo Hotels after positions with Doubletree Hotels, Wyndham Hotel & Resorts, and Hilton.
The 135,000 square foot six-story dual-brand Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites by Hilton will share a common area that will connect the two hotels. The hotels include distinct design elements that will be carried throughout the lobby and rooms for each brand. The hotels are located will be located within the I-270 Technology Corridor off of Shady Grove Road and adjacent to the Shady Grove Adventist Hospital and the Johns Hopkins University Life Sciences Center.
