Clear Wireless, LLC, Renews 81,600 Square Feet at Parkview Executive Center; Footsteps From Future Pedestrian Bridge at the Herndon-Monroe Silver Line Metro Station

Herndon, Virginia, January 30, 2013 – Lerner Enterprises, Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developer, is pleased to announce that Clear Wireless, LLC, has renewed a lease for 81,600 square feet on the first and second floors of Parkview Executive Center in Herndon, Fairfax County, Virginia.

Parkview Executive Center is a four-story 135,000 square foot office building located between Herndon Parkway and the Dulles Toll Road.  The building features abundant parking, an impressive sky lit atrium and is located near Worldgate Centre and Reston Town Center.  The Herndon-Monroe Silver Line Metrorail Station will be within walking distance of the office building when Phase-2 Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project opens.  The building has 53,000 square feet available on the third and fourth floors for occupancy later this year.
