The LEED® Certification is awarded by the United States Green Building Counsel and recognizes excellence in building operating efficiencies and best of practices in sustainability.
LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification provides independent verification by the United States Green Building Counsel that a building was designed, built, or renovated using strategies aimed at achieving high performance in key areas of human and environmental health, such as sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality.
