Mercer Consulting Leases 56,000 Square Feet at Washington Square

Washington, D.C., March 10, 2014 – Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, and The Tower Companies, the largest Green Builders in the nation’s capital, both of Rockville, Maryland, are proud to announce that Mercer, a global consulting leader in talent, health, retirement and investments, will open a new 56,460 square foot office at Washington Square, located at 1050 Connecticut Avenue, NW in Washington, DC. Mercer will occupy the seventh floor of the twelve story award-winning landmark office building located at Connecticut Avenue, L Street and 18th Street, NW.
