Washington, D.C., June 24, 2014 - Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.'s largest private real estate developers, and The Tower Companies, the largest Green Builders in the nation’s capital, both of Rockville, Maryland, are proud to announce that Law Media Group, has leased one of the four Ultimate Suites within Washington Square located at 1050 Connecticut Avenue, NW in Washington, DC. The Ultimate Suites are turn-key office suites that feature premium finishes such as exotic woods, imported stone, full height glass office fronts and efficient lighting. They vary in size from 5,600 to 7,300 square feet with flexible terms available.
