The award-winning 1,000,000 square foot landmark office building is located at 1050 Connecticut Avenue at L Street, NW with immediate access to the Farragut North Metro Station in the heart of Washington’s Central Business District. Washington Square (WashingtonSquareDC.com) was originally developed by Lerner and Tower in 1982, and is currently undergoing a 14 million dollar renovation which will be completed in January, 2011.

Washington Square currently has 20,000 square feet available for occupancy on the 12th floor, 23,000 square feet available for occupancy on the 10th floor in 2011, and 230,000 square feet available for occupancy in 2013.
