DULLES, Virginia (January 7, 2016) —Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, announced today that Phase 1 of Nokes Plaza, a 34,400 square foot center, is now 85% pre-leased.  Nokes Plaza is a retail and office | medical development located at the intersection of Nokes and City Center Boulevards in Loudoun County, Virginia.

Tenants opening in early 2016 will include Bassett Furniture, Cafesano, Burger 21 and Magnolia Nail.  Lerner has begun pre-leasing Phase II to add 16,600 square feet of retail and office | medical space in an additional building. Phase I is projected to open in the first quarter of 2016. 

“Nokes Plaza was strategically designed to serve thousands of residents and office users within and surrounding Dulles Town Center,” stated Mark D. Lerner, a principal of Lerner, developer of Nokes Plaza. “With millions of visitors to Dulles Town Center mall and its tremendous visibility and accessibility, we are very excited at the interest level of prospective tenants,” he added.

Tenants to open in the first phase of Nokes Plaza include:

Bassett Furniture, a leading manufacturer and marketer of high-quality, mid-priced home furnishings, will be opening a 13,000 square foot furniture showroom as an anchor at Nokes Plaza. Bassett Furniture is currently under construction and is planned to open in early 2016 at the corner of City Center and Nokes Boulevards.

Cafesano, an Italian and Mediterranean quick-casual restaurant featuring a wide selection of wholesome and convenient meals, will open a 4,600 square foot restaurant at Nokes Plaza in early 2016. Entrees will include a wide selection of pastas, wraps, appetizers, pizzas, sandwiches and kabobs. 

Burger 21 is a fast casual restaurant offering unique burger creations to satisfy the more refined palates of today’s burger loving consumers.  Offering innovative recipes for gourmet burgers, fries, salads and shakes in a modern and fun environment, Burger 21 provides food lovers with a taste experience beyond the better burger.

Magnolia Nail will be opening a 2,000 square foot nail spa in Nokes Plaza in early 2016.
