The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II is a five million square foot award-winning development containing retail, office, hotel and residential projects.  At the center of the 117-acre master planned project is Tysons Galleria, an 800,000 square foot premiere fashion retail center anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Macy’s.  The fashion center features over 120 fine stores and dining establishments all conveniently connected to The Ritz-Carlton and The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II. Next for Lerner is 1775 Tysons Boulevard, the fifth office tower at The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II and the second building designed by the distinguished architectural firm of Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.  The 472,000 square foot, 18-story building will provide unobstructed panoramic views of Northern Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.  The building will be connected to the four existing Tysons II office buildings, Tysons Galleria and Ritz-Carlton through a climate controlled pedestrian bridge spanning Tysons Boulevard.  This will allow tenants and visitors to take advantage of the extensive base of amenities including the region’s finest shopping, dining, conference and lodging facilities.  1775 Tysons Boulevard is being planned to achieve Gold certification in the LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program.  Construction is scheduled to begin this fall.  Office Leasing will be performed by Diamond Property Company and retail leasing will be performed by Lerner Corporation, the leasing affiliate of Lerner Enterprises.  For more information, visit Tysons2.com.
