Lerner and Tower Announce Ribbon Cutting for Newest Lifestyle Center in Dulles, Virginia

Dulles, Virginia – October 31, 2007 – Lerner Enterprises and The Tower Companies, both of North Bethesda, Maryland, are pleased to announce the scheduled November 19th opening of Dulles 28 Centre.  The new lifestyle retail center is located within Dulles 28 Centre, a 300-acre master planned development located in Dulles, Virginia.  The center is strategically located at the interchange of Virginia Route 28 and Waxpool Road (Route 625) at Pacific Boulevard, and less than three miles from Washington Dulles International Airport.  A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 9:30am on Monday, November 19th in the Center Pavilion.

“Dulles 28 Centre offers something for everyone.  In addition to the existing Wegmans Food Market and recently opened Target, the center will add 150,000 square feet and over 30 new stores and restaurants to this growing and dynamic region,” stated Mark D. Complementing Target and Wegmans, the center’s other retailers will include: Petco, Bubbles, Austin Grill, California Tortilla, Moby Dick – House of Kabob, Cheeburger Cheeburger, My Eye Dr., PNC and Chevy Chase Banks, Hair Cuttery, Leisure Fitness, Verizon Wireless, Virginia ABC, Robek’s, FedEx Kinko’s, Pei Wei, Potbelly Sandwich Works, Coldstone Creamery, and many more.  Several retailers will debut their first Loudoun County location at the new center.
