Sterling, Virginia, May 12, 2005 - Lerner Enterprises of North Bethesda, Maryland, one of Washington, D.C.'s premier real estate developers, had their official ground breaking yesterday of the development of an 80,000 square foot build-to-suit, office/tech building for the U.S. Government at Sterling Park Technology Center. The project is located on Shaw Road near Route 28 and Sterling Boulevard in Sterling, Loudoun County, Virginia.

The team members include: HITT Contracting of Fairfax, Virginia, DVA Architects of Gaithersburg, Maryland, KTA Engineering of Herndon, Virginia, SK&A Structural Engineers of Rockville, Maryland and Diamond Property Company of McLean, Virginia. Lerner Corporation, an affiliate of Lerner Enterprises, will perform management services for the project.
