Fairfax, Virginia, January 22, 2003 – Lerner Enterprises of North Bethesda, Maryland has announced that they have executed a lease amendment with Lockheed Martin Corporation for a lease extension of their premises at Three Flint Hill located at 3201 Jermantown Road, in Fairfax, Virginia.

Lockheed Martin Corporation will continue to occupy the entire building totaling 160,850 square feet.

The Owner, Three Flint Hill, R.L.L.P., was represented by Jeffrey K. Diamond and Brian F. Tucker of Diamond Property Company of McLean, Virginia. Lockheed Martin Corporation was represented by Jeffrey Y. Flynn and Matthew M. Sonne of Spaulding & Slye Colliers International of Washington, D.C.

Flint Hill Office Park is a 48-acre office park located at I-66 and Route 123 and is fully leased with over 500,000 square feet in three buildings.
