Tysons Corner, Virginia, January 22, 2003 – Lerner Enterprises of North Bethesda, Maryland has announced that they have executed a lease amendment with the General Services Administration for a lease extension and expansion of their premises at 7799 Leesburg Pike in Tysons Corner, Virginia.
The General Services Administration will occupy 86,000 square feet of office space on the second, third, fifth, sixth, eighth and ninth floors of the South Tower. 7799 Leesburg Pike consists of two identical 11-story buildings totaling 378,000 square feet and is located at I-495 and Route 7.
The Owner, 7799 Leesburg Pike, R.L.L.P., was represented by Jeffrey K. Diamond and Brian F. Tucker of Diamond Property Company of McLean, Virginia.
