TYSONS, Virginia (November 17, 2016) — Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, is proud to have received two NAIOP 2016 Best of Northern Virginia Excellence Awards: The Real Estate Transaction Award of Merit for the CSC building lease and the Speculative Office Building Award of Excellence, both for 1775 Tysons Boulevard in The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II in Tysons, Virginia.

Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox of New York City and built by Whiting-Turner, 1775 Tysons Boulevard ( is a 476,000 square foot, 17-story world-class office tower with LEED® Platinum certification, the first of its kind in Tysons. The building features fine and casual dining, a state-of-the-art fitness center, on-site tenant conference center and both indoor and outdoor social areas, with Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse set to open in the first quarter of 2017.
