Lerner Enterprises and The Tower Companies Announce NIKA Relocation to 2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard

ROCKVILLE, Maryland (January 12, 2017) — Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, and The Tower Companies, a Washington, D.C. based real estate developer and recognized sustainability leader, are pleased to welcome NIKA to 2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard in Rockville, Maryland. NIKA has signed a 17,042 square foot lease to expand and relocate their company headquarters’ to the award-winning building. 

2000 Tower Oaks is a nine-story, commercial office building, located just 12 miles northwest of the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C.
