Fogo de Chão to Open at 1775 Tysons Boulevard in Tysons II

TYSONS, Virginia (July 29, 2016) — Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, is pleased to announce that upscale Brazilian steakhouse Fogo de Chão has signed a lease at 1775 Tysons Boulevard in Tysons, Virginia. The building is the newest addition to Lerner’s renowned master-planned development, The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II, located in the heart of Fairfax County in Northern Virginia.

Fogo de Chão is the latest addition to the impressive list of world-class dining choices available within Tysons II and Tysons Galleria, including Founding Farmers Tysons, The Palm Restaurant, America Eats Tavern By José Andrés, Wildfire, The Cheesecake Factory, and many others. Fogo joins EY (Ernst & Young) and CSC as major tenants at 1775 Tysons Boulevard. This will be Fogo de Chão’s second location in the D.C. metropolitan area.
