Lerner Announces McGuireWoods to Extend Lease at 1750 Tysons Boulevard
Rockville, Maryland (September 21, 2017) — Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, is pleased to announce that McGuireWoods has extended its lease for 44,000 square feet at 1750 Tysons Boulevard in Tysons, Virginia.
1750 Tysons Boulevard is an 18-story, 405,000 square foot office tower in Tysons II, located one block from the Tysons Corner Metro Station. The building is home to the Palm Restaurant and offers direct access to all the developments in Tysons II through a climate-controlled pedestrian skywalk, including the redefined Ritz-Carlton Hotel, the adjoining Tysons Galleria and a number of dining destinations.
