LEON – The Future of Fast Food – To Open at Washington Square

WASHINGTON, DC (May 29, 2018) — Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, and The Tower Companies, the largest Green Builder in the nation’s capital, both of Rockville, Maryland, are pleased to announce that UK based restaurant LEON has signed a lease at Washington Square, the twelve-story, award-winning landmark office building located at 1050 Connecticut Avenue and L Street, NW.

LEON is a premier fast casual dining concept from the UK thriving to showcase food that both “tastes good and does you good.”

LEON joins many retail and dining options already at Washington Square, including Morton’s – The Steakhouse, Starbucks, Victoria’s Secret, The Art of Shaving, and many others. This will be LEON’s first location in the D.C. metropolitan area.
