Rockville, Maryland (September 27, 2018) — Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, is pleased to announce that Baird has signed a lease for 15,000 square feet in 1775 Tysons Boulevard, located in Tysons II, the premier master-planned development in Northern Virginia.

1775 Tysons Boulevard is the newest addition to Lerner’s Tysons II master plan, representing the ultimate expression of innovation and sophistication. As the first building in Tysons to achieve LEED® Platinum certification, this pioneering landmark combines unparalleled sustainability with world-class amenities and cutting-edge design – creating a truly inspirational workplace.
