Washington, DC (January 10, 2019) — Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, and The Tower Companies, the largest Green Builder in the nation's capital, both of Rockville, Maryland, are pleased to announce that Financial Integrity Network has signed a 12,020 square foot lease at Washington Square, the twelve-story, award-winning landmark office building located at 1050 Connecticut Avenue and L Street, NW.

“We are excited to welcome Financial Integrity Network to Washington Square and the Nation's Capital,” stated Mark D. Lerner, a principal of Lerner. “Financial Integrity Network will benefit from the property’s superb location and vast onsite amenities," he added.

Financial Integrity Network joins many office tenants already at Washington Square, including the American Bar Association, Baker Hostetler, Gibson Dunn, Manatt and Mercer. The building is also home to a multitude of onsite amenities, as well as Morton's – The Steakhouse, Starbucks, Victoria's Secret, The Art of Shaving, and many others.
