WASHINGTON, DC (July 30, 2019) — Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, and The Tower Companies, the largest Green Builder in the nation's capital, both of Rockville, Maryland, are pleased to announce that Cosmetic giant Sephora has signed a lease at Washington Square, the twelve-story, award-winning landmark office building located at 1050 Connecticut Avenue and L Street, NW. The 6,000 square foot store is slated to open this fall.

“Sephora is a visionary beauty-retail concept, and will be an exceptional complement to the retail collection at Washington Square,” stated Mark D. Lerner, a principal of Lerner. “Our tenants and surrounding neighbors will enjoy their offerings, and we are excited to welcome them to the property," he added.

Sephora joins many retail and dining options already at Washington Square, including Morton's – The Steakhouse, Starbucks, Men’s Warehouse, Leon, LouLou, and many others.
