TYSONS, Virginia (August 27, 2019) — Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, is pleased to announce that Dean & Company has signed a lease for 36,205 square feet for its new corporate headquarters located on the fifth and sixth floors at 1600 Tysons Boulevard. The building is located in the heart of Tysons II, Lerner's renowned master-planned development located in Fairfax County in Northern Virginia.
