Lerner Announces Morgan Stanley and Charles Schwab Lease Renewals at 1650 Tysons Boulevard

TYSONS, Virginia (May 10, 2016) — Lerner Enterprises, one of Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developers, is pleased to announce that Morgan Stanley has renewed its lease for 33,172 square feet and Charles Schwab has renewed and expanded its lease for 13,926 square feet at 1650 Tysons Boulevard.
