1800 Tysons Boulevard Receives Honor Award From Fairfax County Exceptional Design Awards

McLean, Virginia, August 3, 2009 –  Lerner Enterprises of Rockville, Maryland, Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developer, is proud to announce that 1800 Tysons Boulevard will receive the prestigious Honor Award for design excellence in the Fairfax County 2009 Exceptional Design Awards Program.

Lerner, developer of 1800 Tysons Boulevard, a world-class 320,000 square foot 13-story office tower located in The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II development in the Tysons Corner submarket of Fairfax County, Virginia, will formally accept the award at a ceremony on October 8, 2009.  The awards ceremony is hosted by the Fairfax County Department of Planning and Zoning.  The building was designed by Kohn Pederson Fox Associates of New York.

Completed in 2006, 1800 Tysons Boulevard is the most recent of Lerner’s office towers within the award winning Tysons II.  Tenants include PricewaterhouseCoopers, Declaration Management & Research, Houlihan Lokey & Zukin and Red Zone Capital Management Company.  1800 Tysons Boulevard also features two signature cosmopolitan restaurants including Monterey Bay Fish Grotto and INOX.
