Rockville, Maryland, January 2, 2007 - 2000 Tower Oaks Boulevard (, a 200,000 sq. ft. office building currently under construction on the I-270 corridor in Rockville, Maryland, will become the new corporate home for two leading, privately-owned real estate development companies, The Tower Companies and Lerner Enterprises.  Scheduled for completion in Summer 2008, Tower will occupy 23,000 square feet and Lerner will occupy 46,000 square feet in this custom headquarters building.
