Best of NAIOP Northern Virginia Awards

The NAIOP Northern Virginia Awards Ceremony was held on November 21, 2024 at Capital One Hall in Tysons. Thirty-three awards were presented in the following categories: Membership, Transactions, Interiors, and Buildings. The Awards are an opportunity to celebrate significant contributions to Northern Virginia’s built environment by the commercial, industrial and mixed-use real estate community.

Lerner Enterprises’ 1650 and 1750 Tysons Boulevard won the Amenity Space Award of Excellence in the Buildings category. The entry was submitted by The M Group. Additional NAIOP Members on the team include Lerner Enterprises and D|Watts Construction.
