LERNER WELCOMES INOX RESTAURANT TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE CENTRE AT TYSONS II

McLean, Virginia, February 4, 2009 – Lerner Enterprises, Washington, D.C.’s largest private real estate developer, is proud to announce the upcoming opening of the newest restaurant in The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II, INOX, located within 1800 Tysons Boulevard, a 320,000 square foot Class ‘A’ Office Building.  INOX offers a 126 seat dining room and 34 seat bar and lounge that will be open for both lunch and dinner.  The restaurant officially will open on Thursday, February 5.

“We are excited to have INOX as our newest restaurant and tenant at Tysons II,” stated Mark D. Lerner, a principal of Lerner Enterprises.  “INOX joins Monterey Bay Fish Grotto and The Palm as our signature lineup of cosmopolitan and successful restaurants available within The Corporate Office Centre,” he added.

World class Chefs Jon Mathieson and Jonathan Krinn have created a menu with approachable American cuisine that includes such dishes as Virginia quail breast with truffles and walnut puree and Blue range bass served with cauliflower, house-cured bacon and snail-stuffed tortellini.  Both chefs have a history working together at 2941, a restaurant located in Falls Church, Virginia.  INOX was designed by nationally renowned CMS Architecture and Design of New York City.

“About fifteen years ago while I was prepping soup, I set down my spoon and noticed the word Inox on the back of the spoon.  I researched the word and found that it meant stainless steel in French and with my love of being in the kitchen, Inox was the ideal name for our future restaurant,” explained Jon Mathieson as the story behind selecting INOX as the name of their newest restaurant.

Other major tenants within The Corporate Office Centre at Tysons II include Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Charles Schwab, HSBC, Wachovia Securities, Citi Smith Barney, Holland & Knight, among many others.
