Lerner Tenant Outreach
We value the health and well-being of our tenants, customers, employees as well as our greater community. We are closely monitoring the current health situation (COVID-19).
Lerner has dedicated an in-house asset management team to work directly with tenants on an expedited basis to facilitate the dissemination of all relevant government information with respect to COVID-19. Highlights of our actions include:
- Information on SBA Loans and how to apply
- Tenant relations across commercial, office and residential are working hand-in-hand with our tenants to educate on all measures available to them to remain in good standing
- Lerner is available on a continuous basis to answer any questions and maintain successful relationships
- Working with lenders to help best support our tenants
