Overview

20 M Street is a 10-story, 190,000 square foot trophy office building that is adjacent to the Navy Yard Metro Station in the vibrant Capitol Riverfront District of Washington, D.C. The building was the first in the city to be awarded LEED Gold certification and was the first designed and developed by Lerner under its Green Initiative Program that, in addition to building state-of-the-art environmental friendly buildings, focuses great attention on utilizing energy and resource conservation, while preserving a healthy environment for tenants and visitors alike. The building is one block away from Nationals Park, the home of the Washington Nationals, and is in the Capitol Riverfront District offering extraordinary advantages of its riverfront location and its proximity to Capitol Hill.
