Water use is 41% lower than typical office buildings with the use of efficient fixtures in the core and amenity spaces. The use of water-efficient, native and adapted plants reduces the demand for water needed for growth, ensures reliable water sources and creates aesthetically appealing grounds for Tenants Condensate water from air conditioning systems is used to water the grass eliminating the need to use potable water for irrigation.
