The building achieved LEED Gold certification and is strategically located within the Montgomery County’s Life Sciences Corridor. Offering easy access to I-270, Fallsgrove Plaza is minutes from I-495 the Capital Beltway and is a short drive from the Shady Grove and Rockville Metro Stations, Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, and the Johns Hopkins Life Sciences Center.
