Overview

Two White Flint North is a 348,000 square foot office tower located just north of the Capital Beltway on Rockville Pike. This convenient Montgomery County, Maryland location was chosen by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission as the site for its national headquarters. Both office towers at White Flint North are occupied entirely by the General Services Administration, which bought the 18-story building at One White Flint North after it was developed by Lerner and the Tower Companies.
